Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist for part-time coverage. You will review and approve medication orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and other health professionals.
The role requires the ability to work independently, strong communication, and involvement in IV admixtures, drug distribution, and patient care rounds. Per diem schedule includes occasional weekends and varied shifts.
