Job description
Exalt Health, an acute rehabilitation hospital, seeks a Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication use for inpatients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver pharmaceutical care and patient education.
The role requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, active Florida license, strong pharmacology knowledge, and commitment to regulatory compliance. On-site hospital environment with daily rounds and inventory management.
