Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive medication management within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-focused role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, perform reconciliation, monitor therapies, and provide counseling to support safe, effective rehab care.
