Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to optimize medication therapy for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The Clinical Pharmacist will verify and dispense medications, provide pharmacotherapy consults, monitor for drug interactions and adverse events, and support antimicrobial stewardship. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams, this role ensures safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, patient and family education, and participation in quality and regulatory initiatives, all within a collaborative, nurturing, and growth-focused environment.
