Job description
The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. Licenses and Certifications

Experience Qualifications
Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
