Job description
Pay Range: $52.58-$70.55/hour based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Case by case
Relocation Assistance: Case by case
Qualifications
Open to all experience levels.
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
New graduates and candidates with retail pharmacy experience will be considered.
BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college preferred.
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency or general practice residency/fellowship highly preferred.
BCPS or specialty Board Certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of medication therapy, drug interactions, allergies, dosing, and contraindications.
Ability to provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation monitoring, renal dosing, nutrition support, pain management, and IV-to-PO conversion.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
