Job Summary
We are currently hiring a qualified Clinical Pharmacist for an immediate Contract opening (Night (5x8) shift) in Lancaster, OH. In this position, the professional will provide expert pharmacotherapy management, medication review, dosing verification, and clinical consultations to ensure safe medication use.
Primary responsibilities include: review and verify physician medication orders for appropriate drug selection, dosage, and interactions, perform clinical pharmacokinetic monitoring and adjust therapeutic medication regimens, and provide clinical consultation and drug information to physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers.
Candidates must possess valid credentials/licensure, relevant clinical background, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
