Job description
Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support development of clinical pharmacy programs and review patient records for appropriate therapy. The role focuses on rational medication use, plan development, and advising on dosages and monitoring across clinical programs.
Requirements include a BS or PharmD, internship completion, 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience, and NYS Pharmacy registration.
