Job description
Mercor is seeking a Domain Expert – Pharmacy (UpToDate Lexidrug) to join our clinical informatics team in the United States. You will leverage Lexidrug or Lexicomp regularly to assess complex medication interactions, dosing, and contraindications across complete patient lists, not just pairwise checks.
The role emphasizes verifying guidance against patient specifics, reconciling alerts, and ensuring correct charting and communication with care teams. Hospital-based experience is preferred.
