Job description
Encompass Health in Lubbock, TX seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will optimize medication therapy for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities include order verification, clinical consultation, pharmacokinetic dosing, medication reconciliation, and patient/caregiver education. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, ensure regulatory compliance, support antimicrobial stewardship, precept staff, and contribute to quality improvement in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
