nJob Summary:
nAs the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed.
nIn this role, you will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists.
nYou will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed.

nREQUIREMENTS
nnnPharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.
n
nn1 year of pharmacy experience.
n
nnBLS.
n
nnMust be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.

n nPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
nnn3 years of full time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
n
nnBoard Certification and/or additional training in specialty area.
