Job description
Better Health Group is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication management services for medically and socially complex patients. You will report to the Manager of Pharmacy Services and drive professional development within the pharmacy department.
You will develop prescribing and dispensing protocols, conduct research on treatments, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and high quality standards across the care team.
