Job description
BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina in Columbia, SC is seeking a pharmacist to perform comprehensive medication reviews and MTM outreach. The role focuses on optimizing medication-related outcomes, ensuring patient safety, and educating providers and patients. You will collaborate with other health professionals to maximize health outcomes.
The position offers full-time hours (40/week) in a standard office environment with a 7am–7pm shift and benefits package. Valid SC license is required.
