Job description
Seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support specialized pharmacy operations with a focus on infusion therapy. This contract-to-hire opportunity requires a commitment of at least six months in a dynamic clinical environment where advanced IV and sterile compounding skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify IV orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety.
Prepare and mix IV medications in a sterile clean room environment.
Perform various clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care.
Participate in on-call rotations every 4th weekend and one night per week.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM).
Desired Qualifications: Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
Minimum of 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred.
At least 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience.
Demonstrated IV preparation and verification expertise-experience must be recent.
CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
