Job description
CommonSpirit Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
You will review orders, monitor drug levels, educate patients, participate in MTM and antimicrobial stewardship, and report adverse reactions while ensuring safety and efficacy.
