Job description
SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Centralia is seeking a pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, verify orders, compound and dispense medications on a fully onsite schedule.
Role includes supervision of technicians and interns, clinical consultation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy. Education: Pharm.D or BPharm from an accredited school; Illinois licensure and BLS HCP within 90 days are required.
