Job description
St. Joseph Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support medication distribution and clinical decision-making across hospital care teams. You will work under the Director of Pharmacy to ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy and provide up-to-date drug information.
Responsibilities include reviewing orders, counseling patients at discharge, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. A NH license and Pharm.D. are preferred, with BCPS preferred for advanced clinical practice.
