Job description
Canyon Vista Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to partner with an interprofessional team to optimize safe medication use and patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include reviewing orders, managing drug therapy protocols, educating staff, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a Pharmacy Doctorate, active license, and BLS; ACLS preferred.
