Job description
Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks a Pharmacist to oversee medication management for assigned patients, provide pharmacokinetic consultation, and educate care teams across transitions of care.
Required education includes a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a PGY1 Residency; PharmD and PGY2 Specialty Residency are preferred. A current license in the state is required. Ochsner Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
