Job description
Prisma Health is seeking a pharmacist at the Upstate Pharmacy in Tuomey to provide direct patient care and medication management. You will perform medication order-entry, review prescriptions for safety and efficacy, educate patients, and collaborate with prescribers and staff to optimize therapy.
Requirements include a PharmD or BS from an ACPE-approved college of pharmacy, and licensure within 4 months of hire.
