Job description
UHS is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. The role includes dispensing medications, monitoring drug therapies, and educating patients while supervising support staff. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, you may assume essential director duties.
Required is a BS or Pharm.D. with current licensure; one year hospital experience minimum (two to three years preferred) and ASHP IV or ACPE/ASHP certified within 180 days if not yet
