Job description
Sanford Health in Tracy, MN is seeking a Pharmacist to review prescriptions, provide drug information, and counsel patients in a retail/community setting as well as hospital operations. The role includes ensuring safe medication use, advising providers on dosing and interactions, and supervising pharmacy staff in various services including IV operations.
The position requires graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy and active licensure; hospital experience or residency is preferred.
