Job description
Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist I to collaborate with primary care providers and staff, ensuring safe drug therapy, dispensing medications, and supporting MTMs and patient education across community sites within the Klamath Tribes’ Service Unit.
You will use electronic health records, participate in quality improvement, and coordinate with prescribers. Requires active pharmacist license, PGY-1 or 2 years experience, and flexibility for varied hours.
