Brooks Rehabilitation in Phoenix seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and accurate medication dispensing. You will review patient profiles for safety, collaborate with physicians, and ensure high-quality outcomes across diverse ages.
Responsibilities include transcribing orders, verifying accuracy, and preparing sterile IV admixtures and chemotherapy using aseptic techniques. Arizona licensure and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
