Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist to oversee pharmaceutical care, educate patients and caregivers, and design therapy regimens based on biomedical literature. The role involves implementing recommendations, reviewing orders, and participating in emergency management within a hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree (ACPE) or NABP FPGEC, state licensure or reciprocity eligibility, and oncology or infusion experience is preferred.
