Job description
UofL Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for the Frazier Rehab Institute in Louisville, KY. The role provides specialized pharmaceutical services, participates in rounds, reviews orders, and ensures safe, effective pharmacotherapy across neonatal to geriatric patients.
Required ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree and KY license or eligibility; PGY-1 is required, PGY-2 preferred; BPS certification or within 2 years is expected, with BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
