Job description

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication use across the enterprise. You will review prescriptions, verify orders, dispense medications accurately, monitor therapies, and document clinical activities to support patient care.

You will perform medication reconciliation, manage formulary adherence, maintain inventory, and follow PHI privacy rules while aligning with hospital policies and procedures.
