Job description
Kettering Health Washington Township in Centerville seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe and evidence-based medication therapy. You will collaborate with care teams, manage regimens, and educate patients in a hospital/health-system setting.
Ideal candidates hold a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy, an Ohio license, BLS, and immunization certification within 90 days of hire. Prior experience in medication safety or ambulatory/specialty pharmacy is preferred.
