Job description
Mahaska Health in Oskaloosa, IA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for safe, effective medication therapy and direct patient-centered care within a decentralized model with physicians, nurses and other hospital staff.
You will participate in formulary management, patient education, and pharmacovigilance, collaborate on emergency management, reconciliation on admission and discharge, and support hospital-wide medication-use systems.
