Job description
UofL Health in Louisville, KY seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide specialized pharmaceutical services and improve drug therapy outcomes. You will participate in multidisciplinary rounds, review medication orders, supervise technicians, and support clinical services including histories, dosing, and patient counseling.
