Job description
University Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the East Side Float. The role focuses on safe, effective medication use and patient advocacy across the enterprise.
The Pharmacist reviews prescriptions, ensures accurate dispensing, and maintains PHI security and compliance with UH policies. The candidate will hold a pharmacy degree (B.Pharm or PharmD) and OH licensure, with experience in unit dose and clinical skills preferred.
