Job description
Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective and fiscally responsible medication use, applying clinical knowledge and professional judgment to plan and implement pharmacy care.
You will verify orders, dispense accurately, monitor medications, document clinical activities, perform medication reconciliation, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to formulary policies and PHI protections.
