Job description
University Hospitals in Ohio seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and fiscally responsible medication use across the enterprise. You will verify orders, dispense accurately, monitor treatments, document clinical activities, and participate in reconciliation and formulary adherence.
Qualifications include a Pharmacy degree (B.Pharm or PharmD) and Ohio licensure as a Pharmacist, with experience in unit dose and sterile products preferred.
