Job description
Tufts Medicine seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for full-time and per diem opportunities in a hospital setting. The pharmacist will review medication orders, monitor drug therapies, and provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients.
Responsibilities include leading pharmacy services, supervising staff, and participating in quality programs and education. Base pay ranges from $114,400.00 to $141,756.53, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
