Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist to oversee pharmaceutical care at 38410 Carolinas Medical Center - Pharmacy. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, first and second shifts, and every 4th weekend.
The position requires a PharmD/Bachelor's degree, state licensure, and medications safety responsibilities, including patient education, counseling, and collaboration with the care team. Training and mentorship are available.
