Job description
Shields Health Solutions seeks a clinical pharmacist to support patients and physicians with a hands-on approach to improve the quality of patient care. You will build personalized relationships with patients and prescribers to optimize medication adherence and evidence-based care.
You will review prior authorizations, develop care plans, monitor adherence, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maximize outcomes across oncology and specialty areas.
