Job description
Advocate Health Care in Chicago, IL is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee pharmaceutical care and design therapy regimens based on biomedical literature. You will counsel patients and caregivers on medication therapy, compliance, and administration while ensuring safe storage and handling of medications.
The role includes reviewing orders, supporting medication safety initiatives, and mentoring pharmacy students and staff. Licensure in Illinois and ACPE-accredited degree are required.
