Job description
Providence Swedish Issaquah is seeking a hospital-based pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, effective drug therapy. This role involves providing clinical drug information to clinicians and patients and participating in staff training and education.
Required is Washington pharmacist licensure on hire, with a graduate degree from an accredited pharmacy school. Hospital experience (6 months) is preferred for this Per‑Diem position at Swedish Issaquah.
