nnStatus: Full time, exempt

nnShift: Varies - 10 hr shifts | 4 days a week

n nPediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
nnThe clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
n nCertifications and Licensure:
nnnRequired: Pharmacist - State of FL
n
nnPreferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)
n
n nRequirements
nnnRequired: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
n
nnPreferred: PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency
n
nnPediatric Hematology Oncology experience
n
n nThis position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at .
