Job description
We Care Staffing in Grants, NM is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist for an immediate permanent opening with rotating shifts. The pharmacist will provide pharmacotherapy management, medication review, dosing verification and clinical consultations to support safe medication use in our patient care teams.
