Job description
Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is full-time and will work 10-hour, variable shifts.

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:
PharmDinPharmacy DoctorateorBachelor's DegreeinPharmacy.
Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 yearAcute Care Hospital Pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
