Job description
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner to join our team at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. The role includes medication management, reconciliations, and patient counseling within inpatient/outpatient settings.
