Job description
CommonSpirit Health, operating Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support doctors and nurses in safe prescribing and dispensing. You will review prescriptions for safety, dosing, and allergies, using clinical judgment alongside computer systems to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required are a Pharm D or B.S.
