Job description
Carle Health in Illinois seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide compounded and dispensed medications and perform clinical duties such as therapeutic drug monitoring and patient dosing within the Medical Center.
The role requires Illinois licensure, a PharmD or BS Pharmacy, and experience with chemotherapy agents, IV admixture, and medication safety. You will verify orders, communicate with clinicians, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policy.
