Job description
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist PRN to join a team delivering pharmaceutical care across age groups. Responsibilities include reviewing medication orders with clinicians, validating histories, and ensuring appropriate therapy and dosing.
You will monitor drug therapy, perform therapy assessments, and provide guidance to staff while complying with standards and regulations. Prn schedule supports flexible coverage and patient-centered care.
