Job description
AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to educate and counsel patients, families, and the healthcare team on safe and effective medication use. You will ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective therapy, participate in stewardship, and support transitions of care from admission to discharge, while supervising staff.
The role requires a Pharmacist license (RPH), a Bachelor’s degree, and 1+ hospital experience preferred.
