Job description
REQUIRED :
Doctor of Pharmacy from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
Must have successfully completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY-1) and have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
Must have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association,
a USP 797/800 Sterile and Hazardous Compounding Certification,
Certified by the Board Certification Pharmacotherapy (BCPS),
One (1) year experience as a licensed Pharmacist in an inpatient setting.
Job Type: Contract
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekends as needed
