Job description
US Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at the GS-13 level to provide direct patient care, design and monitor therapeutic drug plans, and serve as a clinical consultant within the medical center’s pharmacy service.
The CPS will work under VHA guidelines, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in budgetary and programmatic activities related to medication therapy management and patient outcomes.
