Job description
Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care services and optimize medication therapy in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
You will review medication orders for safety and efficacy, monitor drug therapies, educate patients, and participate in antimicrobial stewardship and clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
