Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care across inpatient and outpatient settings at its Louisville facilities. You will evaluate orders, oversee drug distribution, perform sterile and extemporaneous compounding, supervise technicians, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to optimize therapy outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold an ACPE-accredited PharmD, Kentucky license or eligibility, PGY-1 residency or equivalent
